Well most know that my dear (most times) husband has been working in Fort McMoney since May. It has worked out with a couple of bad days (for him and me) here and there. I am EXTREMELY happy to say that he will be home tomorrow for the holiday season. He will be heading to Red Deer on January 2 for his last period of school before he is a journeyman. Fort McMurray to Red Deer will be a huge difference and we will see him at least 4 days a week.
Now that he will be home we will go and get our tree. We get a live tree and leave it up until January 7 which is Ukrainian Christmas.
I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!

glad to hear he's going to be home for a while! i can't imagine how tough it is without him around... which trade is he taking? my dh is finally a journeyman welder. he finished in july 2005 after being an apprentice for over 10 years. yikes!
