Finger Painting

Natasha has painted before, but this was Ashley's first time. She had fun but was confused as to what to do.

Bubbles

Bathtime in Nana's big jacuzzi tub! Add a little soap and we get bubbles everywhere. When the girls bath here it is quite the episode lasting nearly 45 minutes to an hour. First its the bath with lots of bubbles, and then they have to shower for 10 minutes to get all the bubbles off.

Sunsets

This is a sunset I took off of my inlaws large deck. They live on a nice hill over looking Red Deer. I saw the sunset through the window and thought is was beautiful so I dashed for my camera. I thought they turned out nicely.

We Are Alive

The reason I haven't been posting is not something I want to share with the WWW, but we are all ok and happy. I will try and post some pictures in the next couple of days as well as a more in depth post of what has been happening.

I hope all is well,

Danica

Our Animals

Our friends, Koda and Johnny! Koda our cat has an obsession with the bathroom. He loves the tub, sink, any dripping water. He must like the heat in the bathroom because he will fall asleep in there often. He found this small basket at the inlaws and curled up for a cat nap.

Johnny, well his favorite person right now is Ashley. As you can see he waits by her highchair because no doubt he will be receiving some food from over the edge. I like it for selfish reasons as he eliminates some sweeping for me.

My Swimmer

For most people this means nothing but to me...I find it so funny and cute. Hope you enjoy my little swimmer...

Bath Time

There is one thing in the house that happens daily....and that is bathtime. These are a couple of shots I got at my inlaws last week. I have a point and shot digital camera and while I would love an SLR I am pretty happy with the shots I get.

Skating

Last year skating with Natasha was her sitting on the ice, or getting pulled, or getting pushed. This year she was leary again....telling me "Oh no Mom, the ice is way to slippery for me" Well she got on the ice, and her courage came with her. Before you knew it she was telling me not to hold her hand. She even had fun falling down and getting back up by herself. We will go again soon as it is not only good for her....but a great workout on Mommy's butt and legs!
