First Hair Cut
Tyson had his first hair cut today. He looks a little more grown up and a little less grubby. He's a pretty handsome little boy if I do say so myself. I also cut my haircut today. I told my hair dresser to make sure my haircut keeps me looking like I am in my 20s because tomorrow my 20s are no more. No picture of me...maybe later.

Knapps and Donkeys and Boating...Oh My!!
There is rarely a bad time to visit the Knapps. I can't recall a time being rushed out the door. I can't remember a time they haven't tried to jam in as much fun in whatever time they have you for. Most of the time, THANK YOU doesn't seem like enough. This visit was no different.
We had to head to St. Paul to pick up my butchered chickens and decided to stay the night. Despite the fact they (Daryl and Lori) were heading to a bike rally today they took us boating, had a farm delivery and even allowed some garden picking. Here are some shots from our 24 hours at the farm.

Meet Ace...(and nosey Buster)
Please welcome the newest addition to our little farm, Ace. ACE is our (well mine ;-) ) new horse. New to us but well aged in the world. He is calm and gentle but had enough spunk to knock me off our first ride out. My mind doesn't blame him as I made a rookie mistake but my tailbone and sore shoulders are cursing his name. Anytime I go outside Ace comes and greets me and follows me around. You can also see Buster, our nosey little donkey. He always comes to check things out and he bosses the barnyard around. He chases chickens, ducks, goats and sheep. He even tried to nibble Ace on the nose while I was trying to take pictures. He is a trouble maker but I have a soft spot for him. He makes me laugh and turns tail pretty quick if he is challenged. I love my barnyard!!

3 Life Stages of Man
Adam sent this to me and I laughed my butt off, especially at the second picture. That being said I would sure like to see the woman's version of this. I bet you there is more than one version because we put up with a lot more shit ;-P But for now, on this blog, men will be granted this small victory.
