Feeding Frenzy

I opened a hatch to the coop in hopes the chickens would go outside and I would get a picture like this. Unfortunately the two chickens that did run outside hightailed it back inside before I could snap a picture. They were curious to head out but the snow kept them inside peaking from the warmth of their building.








I think it is time I eat my own words. I used to bug my Grandma for enjoying her chickens as much as she did. I think I have even poked fun at my Aunt for loving her donkeys as much as she does. Here I am, on an acreage, posting pictures of my beloved chickens. I really like these crazy birds and can't wait to get some new chicks in the spring.
