No Pictures Update

Things have been crazy around here. Adam was laid off his job at the end of January so I have been enduring non-stop pampering. From endless parades of flowers and hours upon hours of massages, blogger has been having a hard time getting any of my attention.

Ok so instead of flowers and massage we have been busy with a sick boy and busy girls.

Last Thursday, Mr. Tyson was not himself. I had a long call with Healthlink in the morning and upon returning from getting the mail I felt a need for a trip to the ER in Camrose. After xrays, blood work, and a nasal swab it was determined he has RSV. Tyson and I spent 3 nights in the hospital for close monitoring because he was also spitting up this bright yellow bile (3 times) which is not normal. Sunday morning the local PED asked me what I was hoping and I was not shy in saying I wanted to go home. He let us go with a prescription for ventolin and instructions to come right back if started getting worse again. He has been slowly getting better but still has a cough that sounds awful and irritates him. BUT my little man is slowly coming back to himself which is great. It's so hard when they are so little and sick. RSV is a virus so it just has to run its course.

My mom was really helpful while we were in the hospital. She kept the girls two nights and did some cuddling with Tyson so I could try and get some sleep and spend time with the girls.

Last Saturday Adam took the girls to Monster Jam. They had a great time and are still talking about it.

Natasha had a 50 Days of School party this week and a Valentines Party...busy busy. Ashley got to spend time in the classroom today and she loves feeling like she is at school. I just love our Kindergarten teacher. SHE IS AWESOME!!! In the weeks to come they will be doing a unit on culture and I was asked to cover Ukrainian. Natasha will get to show off her dance costume and I am going to make perogies with the kids. It should be fun. There is a Japanese exchange student in the school so the teacher is incoorporating that and teaching the students some Japanese. Have I mentioned I love her teacher?

Well its 1000pm, the little man is sound asleep, and I am exhausted. I know its not a great update but I am tired and heading to sweet dreamland while I can.

Gnite everyone!
