I have found some new blogs to follow. Not that I am not follow my *old* favorites anymore I just stumbled upon some blogs related to triathlons/running. They keep me motivated. They remind me I am not the only one struggling with workouts. They let me share the success. They give me workout ideas.
I have also decided I am not going to play catch up on my blog. Too much time as gone by and it makes me feel overwhelmed trying to get everything typed out.
So my new blog goal is this: simple, short posts. I don't need to wait to discuss world issues. I don't need have witty comments. I don't need to have the perfect post. Some weeks there will be many pictures. Some weeks none. This is simply a place for me to write, big or small. I hope you decide to stick around.
