Recipe Challenge
I need some new quick recipes. I am tired of my repetitive tried and true...I need some more variety.
What are some quick, throw together, favorites in your house??
I have allowed annoymous comments for this post. Those of you who read but can't comment...better. Maybe I will even award a price for most recipes submitted...
Ready, set, go!

Laundry Soap Test
So I went to a Norwex party and was really impressed by the products. There is a bag of laundry soap (2kg) in which you only use 1-2tsp in a front loading washing machine. Before I ditch my current soap and go chemical free I thought I would run a test with the help of the girls.
Each girl was given a white shirt. Each shirt received with love:
1 Tsp-Ketchup
Mustard
Chocolate
Jam
Mayo
2 Tsp-Coffee
Each shirt was also coloured (on the opposite side from the stains) with Mr. Smelly permanent markers.
Each shirt sat for one hour to let the stains soak in. After the hour each shirt was placed in 4 litres of cold water with their respective detergents. After the cold water soak, they were then soak for one hour in hot water. After the one hour of hot water soak they were rinse in cold water and run through the washing maching in warm water, with fast spin and extra rinse. Each shirt was then hung to dry outside. Each shirt was then washed in hot water with a load of clothes and their respective detergents at full strength.
The shirts are still stained BUT the stains left are the same on both shirts. To my eye it looks as though the Norwex detergent did a slightly better job on the mustard stain.
So it looks as though I will make the change.
