My mom made a comment about wishing someone was around to show the girls slip and slide all the way to the end. That was all I needed to hear and I was lined up for my "kick at the cat." I didn't change or anything I just went for it. The girls loved it and Ashley looked at me and said "Mama you're all wet." Sometimes its nice to not worry about being "together" and to just act like a kid.

Right on! Fantastic! Now can a 38 week pregnant chick have a "KICK AT THE CAT!" I swear that I won't make long mournful sound as the stream of water comes jetting out my back! LOL ;) Danica - you look great and I too had a big camera fest last night....and Garry took a bunch of pictures because I won't be pregnant forever! :) Keep the pictures coming!
Great pictures! I think its VERY important to be in pictures as much as I don't like to be in them - it does get easier the more you are in them I promise!
The changing factor for me was when my friend Julie died - she always refused to be in pictures and when she died her family were left with very VERY few pictures of her :( That made me so sad, and ever since I have been determined to be in pictures no matter how much I groan at the results!
LOL, good for you!!! I love the type of mama that can get in on the action with her kids. Your kids will always remember things like that!!!
I am in lots of pictures with my kids, I just don't post any on my blog LOL. I hate looking at my own picture, but I really want pics for my kids to look at down the road...but I sure wish I looked like you in pictures, though LOL.
Looks like fun!! I figure this is the "me" my kids will remember at this moment in time, so I try and force myself to be in at least a few photos!
